The electro-hydraulic pulse servo cylinder is composed of a stepping motor, a three position four-way servo valve, a mechanical feedback device (wire carrying pair) and an oil bar. When the stepping motor gets a pulse signal, its output shaft rotates 1.5 or 3 degrees, the servo valve spool drives the silk shoulder to rotate at the same time, the spool moves and opens the reversing cylinder to output pressure oil, the piston moves and drives the lead screw to rotate reversely to return the spool to its original position, and the servo valve returns to the middle position to stop the output pressure oil
