Pressure relays for hydraulic cylinders

The pressure regulating range of the pressure relay, the range of the lowest working pressure and the highest working pressure that the pressure relay can send out electrical signals is called the pressure regulating range.
For a pressure relay with repeatability, under a certain set pressure, the difference between the opening pressure or the closing pressure itself is called repeatability during multiple boosting (or decreasing) processes. The smaller the difference, the higher the repeatability.

The pressure relay is a hydraulic electrical conversion element that uses the pressure of the liquid to open and close electrical contacts. When the system pressure reaches the set value of the pressure relay, an electrical signal is sent to make the electrical components (such as electromagnets, motors, time relays, electromagnetic clutches, etc.) act, so that the oil circuit is depressurized and reversed, and the actuators realize sequential actions. Or turn off the motor to stop the system from working for safety protection.

The pressure relay is the element that makes the electric contact act when the fluid pressure reaches the predetermined value in the Hydraulic system. Pressure relay can also be defined as the hydraulic components that convert the pressure into electrical signal. According to the pressure design needs of customers, by adjusting the pressure relay, the function of outputting an electrical signal at a set pressure can be realized.
