Precautions for the use of pressure relays
(1) According to the specific use and system pressure, the pressure relay of the appropriate structure is selected. In order to ensure the sensitive action of the pressure relay, the use of high-pressure pressure relays for low-voltage systems is avoided.
(2) The pressure relay should be installed correctly according to the requirements of the manufacturer.
(3) Wire the micro switch in the pressure relay according to the required power supply form and specific requirements.
(4) After the pressure relay is adjusted, its position should be locked or fixed. so as not to change after vibration.
(5) The oil drain chamber of the pressure relay should be directly connected to the oil tank, otherwise the back pressure of the oil drain port will be too high and its sensitivity will be affected.

The pressure relay is a hydraulic electrical conversion element that uses the pressure of the liquid to open and close electrical contacts. When the system pressure reaches the set value of the pressure relay, an electrical signal is sent to make the electrical components (such as electromagnets, motors, time relays, electromagnetic clutches, etc.) act, so that the oil circuit is depressurized and reversed, and the actuators realize sequential actions. Or turn off the motor to stop the system from working for safety protection.

The pressure relay is the element that makes the electric contact act when the fluid pressure reaches the predetermined value in the Hydraulic system. Pressure relay can also be defined as the hydraulic components that convert the pressure into electrical signal.
